The Ranch just might be the entertainment option you’ve been looking for! Work with one of our Event Coordinators to customize an action-packed party, picnic, or private rodeo for your group OR choose from one of our pre-packaged events. It’s so easy to plan an event at the Ranch!
– Just follow these 4 easy steps!
Start
with our base facility charge: $3.00 per person with a $600 minimum based
on a 3-4 hour event (additional time may be quoted). The facility charge
includes a parking attendant on horseback to greet and direct your guests,
on-site event manager, facility set-up, and clean-up. All facilities are
equipped with a stage, dance floor, restrooms, tables, chairs, and are heated
and air-conditioned. A $600 deposit is required to reserve any facility.
All invoices are due and payable on the day of the event and include a 15%
taxable service charge and current local and state taxes. (The Ranch reserves
the right to change room assignments based on your final head count.)
The Benjamin
Ranch has a variety of menus catering to the demographics of your group.
Choose from great menu selections catered by Brancato’s Robinson, Fiorella’s
Jackstack Barbecue of Martin City, and Affordable Elegance. There will
be no shortage of food (based on a one- hour serve time). All remaining
food will be property of the caterer. A guaranteed attendance figure is
required 3 business days (72 hours) prior to your event. At that time, this
number will be considered the minimum attendance for billing purposes. 
Kick up your
heels to the tunes of our music professionals. High energy disk jockeys
are $600 (based on a 4- hour event). If it is live music you prefer, choose
from a house variety band starting at $1,200 for 4 hours. Look for other

Mosey
on up to the bar. The Benjamin Ranch is able to provide complete beverage
services. Our policy requires that no liquor, beer, wine, or sodas be brought
into our facility from outside sources. Please refer to the Ranch Beverage
page for bar and drink options.
